Details

Dino Snores is a monthly sleepover for 8 to 11 year olds to discover the secrets of the Museum once all the visitors and staff have gone home for the day.

Kids will explore the Museum by torch light: looking out for T.rex moving about the Dinosaur Gallery silently; watching Revenge of the Minibeasts, a live show about creatures that bite and sting, and then calming down with a little bit of fossil making. Bedtime is at midnight in the security of Dippy's shadow in the Central Hall.

Sleepy heads will have breakfast provided and enjoy a live animal show with Animal Man Nick Spellman before the Museum once again tucks away the magic of the night, and the regular daytime visitors return.

It is advisable to make sure all kids have a meal before arriving and bring a snack for later in the evening.

These sleepovers are often sold out, call the Museum ASAP to find out about availability!
