"Great soft play but does get very busy at the weekends. Staff very friendly"

"Went in Easter holidays when it was really busy so probably better to go in term time with a toddler. The toddler area is good and pretty safe. As with all these sorts of places it's inevitably a bit scruffy and you get the mums who are too busy texting to bother about whether their child is hitting everybody else's but generally ok. Would probably try again when quieter...."

"loved this place, has a lovely spacious and fairly relaxed atmosphere and not nearly as loud and crazed as some soft play places are. Staff were so helpful and friendly, especially the reception staff who knew our kids' names by the time we left and the food is nice, fairly healthy and fairly reasonable, would highly recommend this place, will definitely go again"

"My kids used to love this place - best soft play for miles. They are to old for it now but we had some lovely times down here. Very friendly staff as well."

"Not usually very impressed with these sort of places but the kids love it here and the staff really make an effort to make sure the kids enjoy themselves. As mentioned in other comments food is above average as well."

"I have been bringing the kids here for years. Wonderful environment for kids to play and also be stimulated. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the cafe actually serves nice healthy food at a reasonable price, which is pretty unusual in my experience. My young boy had a birthday party here recently and all the kids loved it. The sensory room is good as well."

"One of our favourite soft play haunts. Bring my two toddlers down here and they love it. Nice atmosphere and the cafe serves healthy food at a reasonable price. People in charge also very helpful, which is not always the case."
Reviewer: Nigel, Highams Park Date of review: 24/02/2012
"Had some great days here with the kids. Both of my boys had a birthday party here and really enjoyed it. The staff are great and make a real effort with the kids. Very nice atmosphere and the food at the cafe is pretty healthy and reasonably priced, though the service is sometimes a bit slow."
