Details

A great museum that shows the history of toys through the ages. It's a big spacious museum with plenty of room for the kids to run about with a dress up section, a number of interactive exhibits and a sand pit.

There is normally a specialist exhibition of some sort and during the school holidays there are a number of activities. Check out the website or phone to get more details on these.

There is a restaurant that sells reasonably priced food but also a picnic area downstairs to have your packed lunch.

"Great open plan museum where the kids can run around and let off some steam. There are always great craft activities for the kids in the school holidays. Must be London's most child friendly museum!!"
