Royal Parks of London

The Royal Parks of London offer a whole host of facilities that can be enjoyed by the whole family and contain hundreds of buildings, memorials and statues that give a brilliant insight to London's heritage.

Covering over 5,000 acres in total these wonderfully maintained parks are the ideal place to spend a day picnicking and with boating lakes, wildlife sanctuaries, sports centres, kiting, horse riding, and any number of special events that are put on through the year there is enough to keep even the most active kids busy.

The parks in the centre of London, Hyde Park, Green Park and St James's park also offer a rural refuge during a busy days sightseeing in the centre of town.

All the parks are looked after by Royal Parks who ensure the parks can be enjoyed by future generations and are managed in a sustainable and ecological manner.
