Natural History Museum

One of the most beautiful buildings in London, both inside and out, this museum should be top of your list particularly if you are visiting with your family. Kids love the full size moving dinosaur displays and clamber to experience the earthquake simulator. Fun aside, the museum has played an important part in expanding our understanding of the natural world. The Earth Galleries, adjacent to the main museum provide a grounding in physical geography and geology.

See our 'Spotlight On' feature about the Dino Snores sleepover for kids at the museum.
