Details

The Old Royal Naval College is part of the Maritime Greenwich World Heritage site and was designed by Sir Christopher Wren, originally intended as a hospital for old and injured Seamen. The Royal Navy took over in 1873 and then left in 1997. The ORNC is now run by independent charity The Greenwich Foundation whose aim id to conserve the buildings for suture generations to enjoy.

The site is open daily and is a well known historic landmark, visitors can see the Painted Hall, Chapel and Discover Greenwich Visitor Centre .
