"Kingston Hill Recreation Ground can be a lovely little park for the residence of Kingston Hill Avenue, Beansland, Kingston Close, top half of Billet Road and Whalebone Lane North. Children, families and neighbours enjoy the park together, whilst the K9 residence love the off lead excercise they get in here too. Us locals within the streets listed above respect each others time in the park and the majroity are happy to wait and let their neighbours dog have their own time in the park before going in. However, the down-side of this park is very disheartening when you see ignorant dog-owners not willing to clean up after their dogs, not only does it spread disease but many dog owners are complaining of their dogs having tummy trouble, vets have commented not cleaning up after your dog can carry germs to other dogs too, so why can't owners clean up after thier dog? Now we are finding people are fly-tipping in the park entrance. Even more annoying are those people that travel by car from within the borough to use the park and not letting the locals gain access when they have their own parks nearer to where they live, so why use ours?"
